The sun is sinking slowly
on the horizon to the west.

The day is almost over,
our spirits need the rest.

Night will be so soothing,
the lingering essence of today.

Tomorrow is always waiting,
at least that's what they say....

I say Tomorrow never comes,
and "why?", you might demand.

For when "Tomorrow" gets here,
it's still "today", my friend!
