"He Arose"


Just imagine being there
upon that very day,
that Jesus Christ, Our Savior
arose up from that grave.

What joy that must have been,
to everyone's surprise.
Now a loving Savior,
So mighty and so wise....

He takes our heavy burdens....
and cast them all away.
My friend, He has the power....
To do it every day.

My friend, now just remember....
Why we celebrate Easter Day.
For it was then, our blessed Savior....
Arose from that dark grave.

He arose, He arose
Thank God
Our Savior Arose!
