Christmas bells are ringing
Bringing in the cheer
Yet there are many round us
Who are missing someone dear

Christmas is a season
I'd call a season of the heart
For it's about our Jesus
And has been from the start

It isn't about the tinsel
Or the lights upon the tree
It isn't about what you want
Nor is it about me

If one could stop and listen
Go out and see the sky
Perhaps you'll see the stars out
What a blessing to the eye

Or look at the sky in daylight
With the sun hung where it is
All the fluffy clouds of white
You know that it is His

It's not about the office
Nor about the shopping in the stores
It is about our Savior
And who of us could ask for more

Try to make this Christmas
A tribute to the Son
Then starting out a brand new year
Knowing life has just begun

For if you don't have Jesus
Living within your soul
Then you really have nothing
He's worth more than any gold

He is the 'everything' God said
To follow Him and find
That twas Jesus came to save us
So we are not left behind.

Let every day be Christmas
Let the bells ring all the time
And kneel before His alter
As you make Him truly thine
