One beautiful day we'll
awaken in Heaven,
The glow of the City will be shiny indeed.
There is no need for the sun nor the moon
there.
The light of God’s glory will be all that we
need.
There in God’s kingdom there will be no
temple,
For God and the Lamb are the temple thereof.
We are His children and we'll be His people.
He'll dwell among as we're gathered above.

Never again will tears fall from our eyes,
There will be no death, no more sorrow or
pain.
God will proclaim that all is made new by
Him,
The angels will sing “Glory to His Sweet
Name”
The Alpha and Omega, the beginning and end.
He will give to His children the water of
life.
From that glorious fountain we can drink
freely.
We will never again live with conflict or
strife.

The angels are singing “Behold the Lamb
cometh”
Together they appear, God the Father and His
Son.
The glory of Heaven is filled with sweet
voices,
As we bow down to worship in front of each
throne.
Glory, Glory to God in the Highest,
The angel's voices lift high as they sing.
Forever together we'll worship our Savior,
Jesus, Redeemer, the true King of Kings.
