The pages of life are ever turning
Each day a new sentence born,
Some pages are crisp and new
While others are faded and torn.

Each chapter tells of our story
Pages of life and lessons learned,
Some we never wanted written
While others we hated to turn.

Each page has its own meaning
They were written by God long ago,
Even though we help in the wording
His guidance helps what they show.

For He is The Author and Finisher
Of the chapters of faith in our lives,
And if we give him all of our heart
Our endings will all turn out right…
