The hands of time keep turning
We can never make them slow,
How long we have on this earth
Only Our Father in Heaven knows.

Let us find peace in the knowledge
That Our Father is by our side,
For when the problems in life occur
In His Wisdom we can confide.

May the time that we all have here
Be filled with comfort and peace,
Our sorrows and hurts be few
And our happiness never cease.

As Christians we have the assurance
When our time here reaches its end,
We will be carried away to Heaven
And that’s where life will truly begin…
