Another day has come and going
And I still haven’t heard from you;
I feel so lost inside myself,
And I don’t know what to do!



Each day I hurt a little more
Is it every going to end?
Please, Dear God in Heaven
Help my heart to mend!



I ask myself, what went wrong,
Life isn’t to hurt this way!
I search and search and I can’t find
The reason you went away.



I don’t know what to do
But I ask the Lord above
To guide me and mend me
From this emptiness inside!



I call you on the phone
To chat a little while;
But you told me you're too busy
And you broke a promised vow!



We walked this road many times
And each time it hurts me so;
I ask God to bring me peace of mind
And help me carry this load!



I ask God to touch your heart
And to show you this is wrong;
Because I really do love you
Just why can’t we get along?



The door will always be open
When you want to visit me;
Till then I pray you come around
And set this heart at ease!
