our world today
Each one shines brightly in its own way
Rubies, diamonds or emeralds set in gold
And their beauty never grows old.
Treasured friends are gems so hard to find
Many are fake and not very kind
Others sparkle like diamonds so bright
These treasured friends are gems of delight.
