We know we are kind of different
And have our own ideas and such
But we are still friends, you know
So being different does not matter much

We are able to express our own opinions
About little things like this and that
You are one way, I am the other
Just like our pet dog and cat.

I am happy we became good friends
You really mean a lot to me
We never let things get out of hand
Even when we may disagree.

Though God made us different
It never seems to get in the way
You're always there for me,
And I for you, dear friend, any day!
