If you listen very
closely
You'll hear music
blowing in the wind,
The notes begin very
soft and low
Of very gentle ring.
But follow where it
leads
Up hill and down the
dale,
It will lead you to
the source
If you listen to
it's tale.

Pause a-while
beneath the tree
To still your
longing cry,
Immerse within the
beauty
Don't let it pass
you by.

Listen whence it
came
And where it is
today,
To know just where
it goes
Then mind all it
might say.

Don't be, oh so busy
So the music, you
can't hear,
Tune in to love
today
While it is very
near.
Don't let another
drown it out
With empty, toneless
din,
Get into everlasting
rhythm
Then follow with the
feet.

Now is the perfect
time
To listen to the
beat,
Keep your ears open
to God
For the music comes
from Him.
