This morning as my heart awoke
I could feel a gentle breeze
A warmth so gently flowing by
To tickle and to tease

I felt the draw of warm vitality
The wonder of new life
My spirit carried by the beauty
Of another day of light

I lay listening to it's whisper
Pondering as a child divine
Born a-new of God above
With eternal life already mine

Not designed to stay as one of earth
Nor held in webs of vast unknown
No secret chance or fate
Only God my soul can hone

An heir of matchless grace
I dare not doubt my days
Endless glory lies ahead
I am kept in Him always
♥
Beloved of the Most High God
Covered in Christ's precious blood
No matter where I may have been
I am of eternal love

With faith in all yet now unseen
No more compelled by earthly time
With Jesus as my Savior Lord
I am swept into His life sublime
