Just when we least expect it
Paradise falls
We never know just when
A little touch
May come a-tumbling in
To bless our hearts
Right to the core
And we're all overcome
To stand beneath the shower
Of loveliness the more

And always such a wonder
Something beautiful, unseen
Descending down to thrill us
A tender look, a loving dream
Some delightful words, a gift
From sweet and gentle lips
And paradise comes twirling
Crystal drops to fill the sky
Swirling rainbows overwhelm
And never telling why

But a gratitude o'ertakes the soul
When paradise cascades
And we are swept away
To another place and time
Where we would wish to stay
In heavenly delight
A wonder ever made
Like in the heart of you
Where paradise overflows
In a love forever true
