Our children are starving
throughout this land
Here and overseas
How can we sit and let this happen?
We're not blind, we can see.
Our country has so much
wealth
Why does this dilemma exist?
Children going to bed so hungry
It's around us, it's in our midst.
You see it on television all the time
Don't tell me you're not aware
Children literally starving to death
Please show them that you care.
